INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

• $215 for 45-minute Sessions

• $265 for 60-minute Sessions

FEES

Fees for all therapy services and groups are due at the time of the session. All fees are payable by cash, check, or with your credit card via auto-pay through the client portal

INSURANCE

Fees must be paid at time of session and cannot be billed directly to your insurance company. I can provide monthly statements for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company regarding out-of-network coverage verification for mental health services. Click           for more information about using your insurance

FEE REDUCTION: I sometimes have lower fee slots available, based upon income and circumstances. If my fee is a concern, please discuss it with me. You may request to fill out a reduced fee application which I will review to determine if I am able to offer you a reduced fee. If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I will provide you with referrals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify me of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full fee.
