About me

Audrina-7.jpg

I'm a California native who loves animals and time in nature. I live by my values of connection, service, self-reflection, humor/playfulness, family and creating a life of meaning.

I enjoy working with adults and teens who are highly sensitive. My own sensitivity has been such a gift in my personal and professional life, once I learned more about the trait and how to manage the challenges. I enjoy supporting my clients to do the same.

I have several years experience serving as a therapist at a local high schools in the area. I am passionate about supporting students and their families.

I enjoy working with women of all ages, particularly around issues of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and family life.

Clients can expect safety and support in working with me. I am straightforward and genuine but also warm and gentle in my approach. I work to help my clients see their strengths and manage their challenges more effectively.

In our sessions I will give you new insights and tools to help you create the life you want. We will work together to unpack the challenges you face and find solutions that work for you.
